Ceremonies and receptions can occur in the same location, making it the perfect venue. Outdoor garden ceremonies are the most common, but Brookshire also offers the use of our banquet room if you would like to get married “out of the elements”. There is a $250.00 ceremony fee, plus $1.00 per chair for chair rentals for the use of the ceremony site as well as for the use of the grounds for pictures before and after the wedding.
At the Brookshire Inn & Golf Club we pride ourselves in giving you exactly what you want and expect on your wedding day. Every event at Brookshire is unique because we know that every client has different styles and tastes. We will assist you throughout this process from choosing your menu to selecting specialty wines. We welcome your ideas and will work with them in planning your special day. Our banquet room can seat up to 200 guests. During the warmer months, we can accommodate up to 300 guests (this is an indoor/outdoor reception).
Room Rental Rates April – October and December are as follows:
Monday – Thursday
No fee except a linen charge
Friday Evening (5:00pm to 2:00am), Saturday Daytime (8:00am to 4:00pm) & Sunday (All Day)
(50 person minimum)
Saturday Evening (5:00pm to 2:00am)
(120 adult minimum)
We offer discounted room rental rates and lower minimums for the months of November, January, February, and March.
This room rental fee absorbs the costs of white linen table coverings, colored napkins, skirting (cake, gift, and head table), setup & clean-up. The room rental is due upon booking the event. Payment plans are available.
We do offer an active military discount (1/2 of room rental fee) for Friday and Sunday receptions.
