Ceremonies and receptions can occur in the same location, making the perfect venue. Outdoor garden ceremonies are the most common, but Brookshire also offers the use of our banquet room if you would like to get married “out of the elements”. There is a $250.00 ceremony fee for the use of our wedding arch as well as the use of the grounds.
At the Brookshire Inn & Golf Club we pride ourselves in giving you exactly what you want and expect on your wedding day. Every event at Brookshire is unique because we know that every client has different styles and tastes. We will assist you throughout this process from choosing your menu to selecting specialty wines. We welcome your ideas and will work with them in planning your special day. Our banquet room can seat up to 200 guests. During the warmer months we can accommodate up to 300 guests (this is an indoor/outdoor reception).
Room rental rates April – October and December are as follows:
Monday – Thursday – No fee except a linen charge
Friday Evening & Saturday (daytime – 9:00am to 4:30pm) & Sunday – $350.00 (50 person minimum)
Saturday (evening – 5:00pm and after) – $750.00 (100 person minimum)
We offer discounted room rental rates for the months of November, January, February and March.
This room rental fee absorbs the costs of white linen table coverings, colored napkins, skirting (cake, gift, and head table), setup, clean up and the bartender fee. The room rental is due upon booking of the event. Payment plans are available.

Is there a room rental fee?
There is no room rental fee Monday through Thursday. The cost varies for weekend use. During weekday use, there will be a $1.50 per person linen fee.
Is there a dance floor?
Yes. The DJ or band may setup adjacent to the dance floor. Bands or DJs may play until 1:00am.
May I use my own caterer?
All food and beverages, excluding the wedding cake, must be provided by the Brookshire Inn.
Is your facility handicap accessible?
Yes. Our banquet entrance has a wheelchair ramp.
Are there decorating restrictions?
There is no restriction for table decorations. Wall decorations must be limited to the south, east, and west walls. The foyer and north wall may not be decorated. Glitter is not allowed.
Is the banquet room part of the restaurant?
The banquet room is separate from the restaurant. It has its own private entrance, restrooms, and bar facility.
Can we get married there?
We have flower gardens for a ceremony site. There is a $250.00 fee for the use of the grounds and our wedding arch.
Will the deck be included exclusively for my wedding guests?
No. Unless the reception exceeds 300 people, the deck will be open to our dining public as well as our reception guests.
